Fees and Payments
4Spires’ fees for the Software Subscription Service will be based on the number of total user licenses multiplied by the current license fee. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. 4Spires reserves the right to enhance, modify, change or delete any and all services and associated fees. Subscribers will receive electronic notification thirty (30) days prior to any deletion of the Service.
Fees are due in advance for use of the Service. 4Spires will automatically renew and issue an invoice, or bill the subscriber’s credit card, for each subsequent term. Fees will be recurring unless the customer cancels their subscription. The renewal fee will be equal to the then-current number of user licenses multiplied by the then-current license fee in effect during the prior term, unless 4Spires has provided at least thirty (30) days advance notice of a fee increase.
Licenses or Services added after the commencement of each month will be invoiced for the entire month. Licenses that are discontinued or cancelled after the first day of each month will be invoiced the full monthly Service Fee. There will be no partial-month Fee adjustments.
If the subscriber becomes delinquent in payment for Services, 4Spires reserves the right to suspend access to the service until the account is brought current. Additional Fees and Charges may be incurred to restore archived data from delinquent accounts. Delinquent amounts will accrue interest at the rate of one and one half percent (1.5%) per month plus any associated legal and collection expenses.
Term and Termination
The initial term of the Service will automatically renew for successive terms of equal length unless otherwise terminated by the subscriber or by 4Spires. Either party may terminate the Service or reduce the number of licenses for a successive term by notifying the other party by email at least five (5) business days prior to the end of the current term.
Upon termination of contract, you may write to Support@4spires.com to request a MySQL export of your data.
When a customer uninstalls CommitKeeper, Salesforce automatically packages up user data and makes it available for 48 hours, in the Installed Packages screen.

Within the first thirty (30) days of Service activation, if you are not one hundred percent (100%) satisfied with the Service, you may send an electronic written request to Support@4spires.com, and 4Spires will refund all funds paid during this period.
